The secluded location of this North Shore Inn condo – beachfront on Traverse City’s exclusive East Bay – makes it a crown-jewel destination. From your waterfront vantage point on Lake Michigan, watch sailboats and pleasure craft bob like bath toys. At North Shore Inn, you have a front row seat to the beauty of East Bay where you can enjoy the private beach, waterfront outdoor seating area, or take a dip in our refreshing pool.

Suite 202 is a second unit whose paint colors and wood accents create a breezy waterfront atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings in the living area encourage naps or a movie night gathered around the flat screen TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper and private terrace with breathtaking waterfront views.

The master bedroom has a queen bed that coaxes you into a contented night’s sleep. This bedroom also enjoys a full-size dresser, closet, and a flat screen television. The bathroom has a one person vanity, granite counter top, and shower.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that is great for preparing meals and there is a small dining area with seating for three.

North Shore Inn provides complimentary Wi-Fi service. There is also an onsite coin operated laundry facility for guest use.

Enjoyed the location and the condo. Was very disappointed that the door to balcony could not be opened to be enjoyed. The dead bolt was stuck, office staff tried and was going to call someone else, but no one came. Also the couch springs are shot, sat on it and almost went to floor. Hope these things get fixed before next person rents it.

Cute place

We were only in town one night but this was the perfect spot to hang out for the night! Right on the water! Only issues we had was the cable box in the bedroom didn't work at all and we were unable to figure out how to turn off the patio light. We ended up having to unscrew the light.

Cozy & cute condo

The condo was very nice: great location, nice unit with a great view of the bay. The only downside was that the heater for the pool was broken and the water was ice cold, so we couldn’t use the pool at all. Also the carpeting in the bedroom really needs a good cleaning. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Great up north feel

The staff was ready for me when arriving as it was an easy check-in experience. The condo was laid out nicely with a beautiful view of Grand Traverse Bay. Extremely clean. However, it would have been nice to have more condiments for the coffee maker and the TV's were very small (nice to have a DVD player as we rented movies from Family Video). The bed I found to be very uncomfortable but the accents of furniture and decorations definitely have this condo an up north feel. Overall, I was very pleased with our 2 day stay.

cozy

North shore was a very clean nice place. wonderful view and access to the lake. There was a little road noise while sleeping but very tolerable. The room is very cozy but we spent very little time in the room so that wasn't a big deal for us. I will be back and recommend it to family and friends

July vacation

The condo was perfect for two people. Some updates would be beneficial such as new carpet in bedroom, new blinds/curtains. The bathroom is small with a stall shower. The sandy beach is pretty much gone with the high water level. Central air instead of a window unit and the bed was very comfortable. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, not much in the way of oven ware but new pots and pans. There is a small dishwasher. The furniture and living room rug were well used. The front desk was very quick to respond to issues that needed attention (slow draining sink, disposal not working, moldy shower curtain, lack of silverware). The other units were mostly rented to families and it was a friendly atmosphere on the beach. Very quiet at night. Balcony was roomy enough for two chairs and a small table. Lots of electrical outlets. The mirrored walls took a bit getting used to. The location was great!

Perfect Location

Great view of the bay, close to TART, enough room for a couple

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. Checkin was easy and the unit was as described and clean. The small private deck is right on the bay and there is a small beach below. The TART trail is easily accessed just across M-31 and downtown TC is a short drive away. The kitchen is in need of more utensils but otherwise we had what we needed for our stay.
