Sure to become you favorite Lake Charlevoix wait until you step inside. Featuring an updated kitchen with work island, double door fridge with ice-maker, 2 dishwashers and all top end appliances - all the extra touches won't go unnoticed. Cable/Direct TV and WIFI are provided. The master suite has a new queen bed, the other bedrooms have queen or full, and the kids room has two sets of bunk beds. Sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children under the age of 18, this unit also has three full baths. There is a large screen TV with VCR right next to the natural wood burning stone fireplace. In total, the home has 5 bedrooms, 3 remodeled bathrooms, dining room, sitting room and a tiered deck with seasonal hot tub overlooking a fantastic landscaped yard.

New dock available providing dockage for your boat. Air conditioning and furnace are also inside the home, making it perfect for all seasons. This lakefront home makes the most of its location on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix just a few miles to downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. Take a day trip to Traverse City, about 50 miles south, or to Mackinaw and a fast ferry trip to the Island. So much to see and so much to do - this is the perfect location for family fun or romantic seclusion. This home also provides two kayaks, one paddle board and life jackets for your use during your stay. Boat house is also available for use.

Lake Escape Family Vacation

We all had a wonderful time in Charlevoix and staying at Lake Escape helped make our time there even more memorable. The home was terrific for our family - the kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nice, the master suite was lovely. The patio served us well - especially the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The view is spectacular. We loved sitting in the dock, jumping in the lake, using the inner tubes, paddles boards and kayak! The location is perfect - only a short drive into town. And close to The Landing restaurant and Ironton Ferry. We highly recommend thisproperty!

Exceeding expectations.

We rented this house for a family retreat based on what we saw on the website and the reviews of previous guests. The location is excellent, not far from Charlevoix and very private. There are neighbors on either side of the property, but we never felt that we were 'crowded.'The house has been recently remodeled/updated. Bathrooms are outstanding. The kitchen is spacious, and the center island provides enough space for all family members (we were six adults) to help prepare meals. The family room/s are outstanding. One was our favorite for watching late-night movies while the other was incredible to sit in the morning drinking coffee and chatting. The outside garden is incredible. The yard is professionally maintained. The deck provides a perfect place to relax, grill, and eat meals while enjoying the incredible views. The hot tub is a bonus we enjoyed every evening. The deck and boathouse are perfect. We enjoyed sunbathing, fishing and kayaking. The bottom of the lake is sandy and resembles a beach with crystalline water, better than a swimming pool! In summary, we would love to go back to this house; it exceeded our expectations.

Home on Lake Charlevoix

Very satisfied with our stay, the property and condition. Loved the location, even met one of the neighbors who was really nice and informative. Clean property but did not like all the gnats-mad it difficult to eat and drink. I would recommend the house otherwise and would return myself if that was cleared up.

We too dislike the no-see-ums that love being on the water just as much as we do and this year they seemed to be more of a nuisance than prior years. This was the easiest and most pleasant rental experience ever. The setting of the house is magical and everything needed for an incredible week was at our finger tips. We especially loved how perfectly the house is located. Easy access to boat rentals and quiet water to waterski. The property was very clean and the grounds are very well-maintained!
