Cancellation Policy

Memorial Day to Labor Day
Should you cancel your reservation between the time you make your reservation and 7 days prior to 4:00 pm on the date of your arrival, you will be charged a $25 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Labor Day to Memorial Day
Should you cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be charged a $25 processing fee.

You may change the dates of your stay without any fee, but we cannot guarantee the same rate or the same room availability.
