Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.



This beautiful condo boasts ceiling fans, wood floors in the living areas, tile throughout the bathroom, beautiful carpet in the bedroom, and an updated kitchenette. The bedroom provides a king-size bed, a smart tv, an oscillating fan, and additional outlets with USB ports. Additional sleeping space is a queen-size sleeper sofa and an ottoman that converts to a twin bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a removable shower handle, a movable shower chair, and grab-bars in the shower and by the toilet for easy accessibility. The living area contains a built-in countertop, plenty of storage, a mobile kitchen island with a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, electric dual grill/skillet, and crockpot for cooking. You will also find a hightop four-person table, a comfortable electric chair, it rises to assist with standing or sitting, and a 50" smart television. Through the french doors in the living room, is a private screened-in patio space with seating for four and a view of the bridge. In addition to the luxurious amenities in this unit, there are board games in the closet for guests to enjoy!



We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, and limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.



Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location, clean, enough space for 2 adults/2 kids

The condo was clean, and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids (both slept on pullout couch). Having a small kitchen/fridge is nice, though there was not a stove/oven. There is a screened in porch was great and it was very clean. The Condo is right next to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location to Charlevoix is ideal for walking downtown and to the beach. Only slight negative was the location of the condo is right next to the lobby/hallway of the building and the window of the bedroom looks out into the hallway so we made sure the curtains were shut 100% of the time. However this did not impact our stay, more FYI. Lastly, make sure you signout of the TV before 9am on checkout day as the Internet is automatically turned off (which we were not aware of). All in all we'd stay again!

Great location and unit!

First of all the location was perfect! So happy they were dog friendly! Loved the space in the unit. If there’s one thing I would suggest and that is please give the cleaning crew the proper equipment to clean the shower floors and walls. Other than that we would absolutely stay there again!

Great location. Worked great for person with mobility challenges. Two suggestions for easing mobility challenges: Seal on roll in shower was not sealed so water leaked all over floor; threshold on side outside door could be reduced a little. Pool was also not working.

Great Stay!

This is the second year that we have rented in this complex and we will continue to do so. It is easily accessible and is a great location to walk to all of Downtown Charlevoix's shops and restaurants. This year, we were slightly disappointed that the fireplace did not work. Also, it was VERY hot. We did not turn the heat on, but the room was really warm. The condo was very, very clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable as well. One note is that this property is truly on the main road in and out of Charlevoix, so if you do not like some traffic noise, this is not the place for you.

The room was very clean and it was great that my parents were able to bring their little dog with them. My dad had suffered a stroke years ago and cannot walk so we needed a handicap accessible bathroom, etc. The bathroom was great although the floor can be very slippery when wet. We were traveling for a wedding and couldn't have been happier with the location.

Perfect cute little place and great location

We were very happy with this place. It was super cute. They must of recently updated it seems cuz it was even better than the pictures. Very cleaned and perfect space for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. I liked that we were able to just walk out the front door and have everything in walking distance. Including the beach. Thank you for a great experience.

Charlevoix escape

Good experience. The condo was fine and clean. You can tell it has been recently renovated . Appreciated it was dog-friendly and on the first floor with a dog to the lawn. Great location. Everything we needed. Only issue was AC was not working well in the bedroom.

Clean and comfortable

We had a short stay in unit 101 with our dogs in tow. Check in and access was without issue. The unit was clean, spacious for our needs and comfortable. I feared being a pet friendly unit that would not be the case, but there was no hint of prior pets scents or hair, etc. Great location. We would absolutely return.

A great retreat

The condo is just a few steps away from restaurants and shopping. Even though it is on a busy street, it is very quiet. The furnishings are comfortable and everything is well maintained.

July Vacation

Overall the experience was very good. The rental is in a great location to town. Everything was clean and ready for us. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The furniture is old and some of it really needs updating like the mattresses. You can feel the dips in the mattress from years of wear. Also, the door knob is in bad shape, hard to open. It was broken last year, too. I really like staying here (2nd year) and hope to see some improvements next year.

We expected to have a replacement installed before your stay, however the vendor that we are using was having issues acquiring the specific one needed. Currently we have a commercial grade door handle being delivered within the week. As all the suites are individually owned, I will reach out to the owner and suggest that we get a replacement mattress. We have been looking into memory foam alternatives for the pull-outs in contrast to the spring variety. The staff were very accommodating. The room was a large suite which we were not expecting!! We were very pleased!!! Great location!! Walking distance to all stores & located across the street from the ferry. Office closed st 10pm & not open until 8am.

Research Rates online before you stay

I walked in and asked the rate and then went online later in the night and found that I paid $30 more than the rate online. I was disappointed.

Location, location, location!

Very nice accommodations at a reasonable price during the month of May. Location was the key as it was perfect for attending a small family only wedding and then dinner at the Weathervane.

First trip to Charlevoix

Great stay and a perfect place. The condo was clean and large. It had a great little outdoor patio and you could just walk down the street to shops and the marina and pavillion. The staff was wonderful and we brought our dog. They were super nice to our dog too. Highly recommend

A Pleasure

Our experience was tops.. Stay every year for a week in June and always a pleasure. The bestswimming pool and shopping in Charlevoix. Only request would be to keep pool hours open longer during the week or give a pool pass to registered guests.
