Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful condo has a king-size bed with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also an ottoman that converts to a twin bed. The bathroom has an open shower plan and luxurious tile. The living room area has a small kitchenette a mobile kitchen island with a mid-sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave all the necessities to cook including a 2-burner electric cooktop, pots, pans, and an electric dual grill/skillet. A hightop four-person table. Also in the living room area, is a queen-sleeper sofa couch with a comfortable chair. Cable 50" television is in the living room and bedrooms. Next to the living room, is a private screened-in patio space with seating for four and a view of the bridge.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

All this, just a stone's throw from downtown Charlevoix the Beautiful.

Great location, clean, enough space for 2 adults/2 kids

The condo was clean, and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids (both slept on pullout couch). Having a small kitchen/fridge is nice, though there was not a stove/oven. There is a screened in porch was great and it was very clean. The Condo is right next to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location to Charlevoix is ideal for walking downtown and to the beach. Only slight negative was the location of the condo is right next to the lobby/hallway of the building and the window of the bedroom looks out into the hallway so we made sure the curtains were shut 100% of the time. However this did not impact our stay, more FYI. Lastly, make sure you signout of the TV before 9am on checkout day as the Internet is automatically turned off (which we were not aware of). All in all we'd stay again!

Magnificent place to stay due to the excellent condition of the property. The location wasn't the best because of it's being on the main drag of the city with all the traffic noise.

Great location and unit!

First of all the location was perfect! So happy they were dog friendly! Loved the space in the unit. If there’s one thing I would suggest and that is please give the cleaning crew the proper equipment to clean the shower floors and walls. Other than that we would absolutely stay there again!

Charlevoix

Great location. Worked great for person with mobility challenges. Two suggestions for easing mobility challenges: Seal on roll in shower was not sealed so water leaked all over floor; threshold on side outside door could be reduced a little. Pool was also not working.

Unfortunately, the heater for the pool was out for a few days while we were waiting for the new one to be delivered; we are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. The new owners of this unit will be making some improvements to the bathroom which will resolve the issue of the tile floor becoming slippery. We loved the place. Wish it was warmer as the deck was really nice to sit in. There was a welcome goody bag for our dog and we were really comfortable. The place was clean and the bed comfortable.

Great Stay!

This is the second year that we have rented in this complex and we will continue to do so. It is easily accessible and is a great location to walk to all of Downtown Charlevoix's shops and restaurants. This year, we were slightly disappointed that the fireplace did not work. Also, it was VERY hot. We did not turn the heat on, but the room was really warm. The condo was very, very clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable as well. One note is that this property is truly on the main road in and out of Charlevoix, so if you do not like some traffic noise, this is not the place for you.
