The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a full bathroom equipped with thoughtful safety features, including a bathtub safety rail and an additional handrail near the toilet for extra support. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests.

The open-concept living area includes a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. Dining is easy with seating for up to six guests, including both a kitchen table and bar seating. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for up to seven guests, making it a great place to gather and unwind.

Step outside onto the walkout patio and take in the peaceful waterfront views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—it’s the perfect setting to relax and recharge.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from downtown Charlevoix’s dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, providing a distinct experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a wide range of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a welcoming home-away-from-home in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest laundry facility, and a pool with an indoor section open year-round. The outdoor pool is available seasonally from May through October.

Overall, it was alright. The location was great. Within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need. The condo was dated. There were crumbs in the couch and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was so incredibly soft. The fridge also smelled. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Great place on the water in downtown Charlevoix

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The location was perfect for us. We loved being on the water with a patio to take in the view. The place is updated and well maintained. It was perfect for a short weekend getaway.

Unit 110 has a walk out patio facing Round Lake. It's a lovely view and very close to the pool, but the pool was never loud or anything. Great location!!!

The mattress for the pullout bed was gross. Several stains. It needs to be replaced. Would stay at Edgewater inn again but a different condo.

Weekend in Charlevoix

This rental was perfect for our weekend in Charlevoix. We shared it with another couple and had the pull out couch to sleep on which was comfortable and fun to wake up to in the morning and see the boats. The view was amazing and walking to town was super easy.

Cozy room 110

We enjoyed our stay in Room 110. The decor and view were why we were there. Love. Being walkable to Charlevoix and and easy drive to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The king bed was softer than ours but it was very comfortable. Room was very clean. However, we did have to wash some of the dishes and glasses before we could use them and we did let the staff know. We would stay here again.
