Suite 212 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Suite 212 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Love returning to Water Street Inn

The location of this group of units can't be beat. It is near downtown shopping and restaurants. The outside is beautifully maintained with balconies (floor 2 and 3) right on the lake. The staff is excellent! This is our 4th year in a row to stay at the Water Street Inn, our first in Unit 212.Unit 212 is in need of updating. The "Grandma's Attic" decor, furniture and over abundant nicknacks make for a less friendly vacation experience. Antique furniture chests are difficult to use and take up lots of room, places for guests to place items are used up with lots of "stuff" making it somewhat difficult to find places to put what we brought to use. The TV is quite small by today's standards. The kitchen also seems sparsely outfitted compared to the other units we have rented. But, it was as the picture depicted.That being said, the unit was clean and the view of the lake was good. It is a quiet place. We had an excellent stay, but next time we will try to book into a different unit at Water Street Inn.

Clean Convenient Accommodations for Ski Trip

Went on ski trip to Boyne Mountain for President's Day weekend. Found this reasonably priced nearby gem in charming located downtown Boyne City. 10 minute drive to the slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Relaxing Set Up

Two friends and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip to ski at Boyne Mountain. The unit was perfect for our needs with a fully stocked kitchenette and sizable refrigerator. The unit was clean and provided a great place to sit back, relax, and make some dinner after a long day skiing. After hours check-in instructions were clear and stress-free. Only complaint is that the dining table and end table next to the couch were VERY wobbly. Felt a little dangerous to have beverages on them. But all other furniture was in excellent condition and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Unit 212 at One Water Street

Staff was great. The unit we rented was not satisfactory. All the furniture was old and over used. Some lights not working. Many electrical plugs not working. Kitchen very old. The whole unit needs an update. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bathroom needed to be updated. Closets were full of owners stuff and we could not use half of it. The only table for eating was falling apart. The location was great but would not ever want that unit again. I understand we needed a unit for two months and Keith helped us do that, and he was great, but they should not put this unit in the rental pool until it is updated.

Overpriced

Smelled old when you walk in. Pullout sofa was horribly uncomfortable. TV was not hooked up and had to figure out how to hook up and then deal with the correct remotes functioning. Some light bulbs were out in the bedroom. The decor was very dated and cluttered. Was a great location however.

Very clean unit with a perfect location. While it was immaculate my one comment would be that the carpet is beginning to look worn and the decor is straight out of 1980. But it was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. I would

Lovely condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only con is that at this price point I should not have to be so worried about white towels. The threat of being charged for a white towel if there is a stain that cannot be removed is a bit much. I have never been worried about wiping my face before my stay here.

great location for a quiet stay

We enjoy Boyne City and the hiking nearby. Also like day trips to Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, and Petoskey. This condo needs updating but the location is great. The living room tv did not work for us but the very small bedroom one did.

Best Vacation Spot!

Water Street Inn was a beautiful place to stay on my vacation. The rooms are comfortable, roomy, clean and super cute. I love the deck and the fact the beach is right there. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The Inn was within walking distance to downtown - so close to the shops and restaurants. I will be staying here again in the future!

Friendly, relaxing, comfortable, clean but a bit dated.

One waterstreet is our go to place to relax. Whenever we need to get away from it al and just relax, read a book, this is where we go. Amazing views of Lake Charlevoix without leaving your room. Love it here. Clean and comfortable every time. The Decor is a bit dated but helps to give that home away from home feeling. Great location to several area restaurants and shopping.

We booked this place last minute for a wedding reception and couldn't be more happy with it. It has a great up north cabin feel with great views and still close to all the restaurants and bars. I will definitely return.

nice place

a comfortable stay with lovely lake views in the winter. Well maintained and friendly staff. Only regrets were no oven and two small burners to cook on. Also the small mattress in the pull-out bed probably won't offer the best nights sleep for you.But other than that, a great place for the price.

Great location and price!

Incredible location on Lake Charlevoix with an amazing view! Although the interior is a bit dated, the condo was obviously lovingly decorated and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and check-in was very easy. Best of all, the price was a welcome relief from extremely overpriced Boyne Mountain! We enjoyed being in downtown Boyne City, which even is winter is very active with its many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

great little condos right on the lake

You get a one bedroom condo right on Lake Charlevoix for the price of a hotel/mote room. What's not to like? I've stayed her several times and the place is well managed and taken care of.
