Suite 307 is a third-floor end unit with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. Suite 307 has an up-north cottage character, making you feel happy and welcome when you walk in. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a cooktop and toaster oven, four barstools for extra seating, and the dining table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV.

Relaxing in Northern Michigan

Great place to stay with a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. Private beach and walk to downtown Boyne City. Just a short drive to surrounding cities.

Peaceful

Early December may not be an ideal time to visit, but we come for the peace and quiet. The accommodations are superb, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff at Water Street Inn are always personable, attentive to every need, and helpful. Our favorite place for a few days of relaxing and beautiful lake views.

Lousy Weather, Wonderful Stay

While the weather was uncooperative, cold and rainy, we had a wonderful stay. Water Street Inn is a beautiful place, in a serene and quiet location. Every unit we've stayed in over the years has been immaculately clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped . And Condo 307 is at the top of the list of our favorites - simply beautiful and so cozy. The views are amazing, especially in early morning and at sunset. And Boyne City is quieter than surrounding towns but the attractions of Charlevoix and Petosky just minutes away. The staff at WSI are friendly and helpful. Love this place.

Another wonderful visit

We always return to the Water St Inn when visiting family in Northern Michigan. We’ve probably rented this unit 5 or more times. We love the 3rd floor with views from both living area and bedroom.

We’re Back!

We love staying at the Water Street Inn and in particular in this unit. It is tastefully updated and very comforting. We have stayed in this unit many times.That being said, the towels provided by the Inn are a bit worn and the WiFi is precarious even with few units in use. It’s worse when the Inn is in full use of course.

Great Location for a Boyne City getaway!

We had a super relaxing and quiet stay. Property management was helpful with our questions. Room was cozy and very clean and beautifully decorated. All amenities were available to us. I’d stay here again for sure!!

Anniversary weekend getaway.

A Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I had a great week at the Waterside Inn. This was our third stay at the WI and we have never been disappointed. Our unit, number 307, has been nicely updated and furnished. Our only complaint is the parental control on the Prime Video. Any program above PG13 was not accessible. That meant all the British mystery shows we like to watch were out of reach. But the location of the inn, being at the bottom of Lake Charlevoix, makes it the ideal spot for going to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Traverse City. And the weather was spectacular!

Outstanding view of Lake Charlevoix

Another Great Trip to Michigan

We love the Water Street Inn and Unit 307. We have stayed in other units, but prefer this one as it has been beautifully renovated. The view in all the units is lovely but being on the third floor gives you the view from the living area as well as the bedroom.That being said, a dog poop bag that was on the balcony when we were here in March was still here during our April stay. This unit could also stand to have placemats and some serving ware- salad bowl, small platter and serving bowl for side dishes.

Great Get-Away

We love the Water St Inn and in particular this unit. It has been beautifully redone and is the nicest of many we have stayed in when visiting family in Northern Michigan. We hope to return many times but really would prefer to own one.

Great condo, great view!

Our stay at Water Street #307 was ideal! We had to vacate our home for a few days during a renovation and had always wanted to check out Water Street Inn. We were so happy with the condo and the entire property. It is meticulously maintained and I had laundry to do and even the laundry room was clean and convenient. The updates to 307 are very nice, the owner has taken into consideration the essentials while maximizing the view! We will definitely recommend to others visiting Boyne City!

Waterfront Jewel!!️

We were pleasantly surprised with our NEWLY RENOVATED 3rd floor CORNER unit! Beautifully appointed and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. It had only been completed three days before so it even smelled new. We had an issue the 1st day with the new shower (hot water) but it was quickly remedied by a worker after we reported to the front desk. BTW- the front reception folks were REALLY NICE and welcoming! The only issue for SOME might be the only bathroom is upstairs in the unit- along with the bedroom. But we loved this great place- and so convenient to walk to the town.

Spring Weekend in Boyne

We spent an April weekend with a large group of friends. Our unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. So comfortable that I took an unexpected nap while sitting in the livingroom while watching the lake with the warm sun pouring in on me. Perfect lazy afternoon. Waking up each morning to a perfect view of Lake Charlevoix was special. We had a group breakfast one morning, and the kitchen was easy to work in. There are so many great restaurants and bars a short walk away. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend the Water Street Inn.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We had a great time at Water Street Inn. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The inn staff were very helpful, polite and offer outstanding customer service. The location was so convenient to shopping and good restaurants, just a short walk from our condo. The view of Lake Charlevoix is spectacular!We've stayed here In the past and were happy to return this summer. We will definitely be coming back!

Water Street Inn is a Favulous

This was our second stay at Water Street Inn, Room 307. We loved the charm and cottage feel of the room. Every night a gorgeous sunset right on Lake Charlevoix. The room was as described and very clean. Everything you need is provided from kitchen to bathroom. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The condo is within walking distance of downtown Boyne City, restaurants and parks. I would definitely recommend WSI to anyone. You

Peaceful Fun Getaway

In a few short words it was, peaceful, fun, clean, cute, awesome lake scenery, short walk to great shops, brewery's and eateries. An all round great experience!!!!
